All Mobile phones are delivered freight FREE. If ordering 2 games/DVD's or more, postage is FREE. International Orders: If you have any enquiries orwould like to order from our website, PayPal will be the only form of payment accepted based on the following steps. STEP 1: Email us details of the product/products required. We will then give a quote on freight charges including postal insurance. STEP 2: Accept/confirm the quote via email. We will then forward via PayPal an invoice for your acceptance. STEP 3: Once accepted we will dispatch via Australia Post with insurance. If you place an order and we happen to be out of stock of an item we will advise you of the situation, at this time you can choose to wait for more stock to arrive or cancel your order. RETURNS Items purchased may be returned but refund or exchange is at the discretion of Barmera’s Variety of Gifts. A receipt is required of the initial purchase. No refunds or exchanges are given on clearance sale items. As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to Barmera’s Variety of Gifts:
Goods should be returned via registered post together with proof of purchase invoice. (postage for the return of goods is at the customers cost.) Postage and Handling charges on returned goods are not refundable. If your return is accepted we will exchange items freight free. Please choose carefully before placing your order. Games, Gaming Hardware and DVD’s We return all games, gaming hardware, dvd’s and music dvd’s to our supplier for testing, if it is found that the item was not faulty in any way additional freight may be charged before your item is returned. Returns must be done within two weeks of invoice date. We cannot accept returns if it's due to change of mind or incompatibility with your system, so please make sure you've checked the system requirements. Exchange will be gladly accepted if the product is faulty or defective and it must be done within two weeks of invoice date, your replacement will be returned to you freight free.
